Scott Carroll
Scott Carroll is the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) for GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. As CHRO, Scott is GCT’s human capital leader responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business goals.
Scott is a seasoned HR executive, with over 20 years of experience spanning the transportation, manufacturing, and mining industries operating in diverse and geographically spread environments. Prior to joining GCT, Scott led the Human Resources function at GAF, North America’s largest manufacturer of commercial and residential roofing. At GAF, Scott established a record of successfully introducing organization-wide HR best practices, optimized talent programs, and supporting the company’s growth in key markets.
Scott obtained his Bachelor of Arts from University of Florida and his Law degree from Duke University. He currently lives with his family in New Jersey.
